Feed Crawler
We are able to import and analyze our customers’ product catalogue (in XML or CSV) through our own feed crawler technology, so we can match it with previously collected navigation data and recommend the products that sparked the user’s interest when browsing your website. We use the mapping of strategic fields present in the product catalogue, such as discounted product prices and was/now values, and this information is translated into the banners, making them more attractive to the users. Furthermore, fields that indicate availability and category allow a more assertive recommendation, by excluding unavailable products and showing others of similar category.
